ODA Grounds Maintenance Contract - Requests for Fixed Quotes to be considered.
Contract Description
Oakthorpe Donisthorpe & Acresford Parish Council is looking to appoint a contractor for the maintenance of its green spaces for a term of three years. There is the playing fields, orchard, memorial grounds and village greens that require regular management throughout the year.
The areas are :-
Playing Fields and memorial grounds, Donisthorpe.
The Green 1 Donisthorpe The Green 2 Donisthorpe
Donisthorpe Orchard Oakthorpe Play area
Acresford Green
Acresford Memorial Grounds
Closed Churchyard St Johns Donisthorpe
The Contract Period
The Contract shall run from the 1st October 2022 to the 30th April 2025
The Council reserves the right to extend the contract.

- Fixed price quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked FPQ to reach the Parish Manager by 5 p.m. Friday 8th July.
- Council to receive tenders and make decision July 13th, 2022
- If any tenderer is to their knowledge related to any Member of or holder of any office under the Council, then they and the person to whom they are related shall disclose the relationship in writing to the Parish Manager. The Manager will report any disclosure to Council. Failure to disclose may result in disqualification of the tender.
- Canvassing of any members of the Council, directly or indirectly, for the tender may result in disqualification of the tender.
